VHE International Night is Friday, March 18
Potluck: 5:30
Bring a delicious dish in line with their cultural heritage (to serve 8-10 people) to share with the VHE community. Year after year, the variety of foods on the buffet has been a crowd pleaser!
Performances: 6:30
Enjoy Van Hise kids performing international songs led by Mr. Wagner, as well as music and dance by VHE families and children.
During intermission we will have a parade of nations: Children and families can come up on stage and greet the VHE community in their native languages or their ancestors’ languages. English is fine, too!
VHE international cookbook
In celebration of our theme. “Flavors of the World”, you will have the opportunity to fill out a card with your name and the name of your family recipe. A name will be drawn and the winner will receive a delicious prize. We hope to assemble a VHE international cookbook from your recipes.
